Thank you for shopping with GramFuel. We are committed to providing high-quality Indian traditional food and nutrition products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, all food and edible products are strictly non-returnable once delivered.
    We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
    .Product has been opened or used
    .Change of mind after delivery
    .Taste preference issues
    .Incorrect order placed by customer

2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product:
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos and a proper unboxing video as proof
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to accept delivery:
No refund will be issued
Re-shipping charges must be paid again for resending the order
